Returns:

• Every item is tested before shipping to make sure you won't get anything that's dead on arrival.
• No refunds, exchange for defective (DOA) item only.
• Refund will be made ONLY if replacement is not available.
• Return will not be accepted if item has visible signs of abuse or damage such as having gone through the washing machine, been chewed by your dog, run over by your car...
• Defective items will tested upon return and be repaired or replaced with new product.
• You are responsible for All shipping costs (You pay to send it to us as well as supplying a Postage paid container for us to send it back).

• If you received your product but are not happy with it, you can return it within 7 days of delivery, a 20% return fee will apply and shipping charges are non-refundable absolutely no exceptions under any circumstances. After the 7 day period absolutely no refunds or exchanges will be accepted with no exceptions under any circumstances.
• For returns Buyer must contact Seller and get an RMA number, return shipment must be via registered mail, or any other method using a tracking number or delivery confirmation. All packages sent without an RMA number will be refused and shipped back to sender.
